The Headwater Village Civic Association (HVCA) is excited to announce our upcoming Annual General Meeting, and we'd love for you to join us!

The Board of Directors is always on the lookout for new talent to join our organization. We're passionate about making a direct impact in our neighborhood, and we believe that with your help, we can continue to roll out our initiatives and make a real difference.
During the meeting, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about the agenda topics such as our annual budget process and gain insight into what we do. It's a great chance to meet like-minded individuals and become part of a vibrant and dedicated community.
